My name is Scarlett Kotrous, and I graduated with my BSN from the University of North Alabama in December 2020. I began my nursing career in February of 2021 at Huntsville Hospital. I currently serve on the Level 1 Trauma Team. I truly love the fast-paced environment and the privilege of caring for some of our most critical patients.
I was born in Huntsville and have lived in Athens, Alabama for my whole life. I love the small town atmosphere and hope to raise my future family with those same values. I met my husband while working-he’s a police officer-and after dating for two years, we got married in October 2025. Outside of work, you can usually find me with my family, on a run, at the gym, or playing with our dog, Rookie!
I’m also excited to start working in a wellness clinic and to be part of a setting that focuses on helping people feel their best.
